AL DENTE

Whatever country it is produced and consumed in, there is a universal way to conceive pasta. A unique food in the world, with its many shapes, cooking, seasonings and recipes. In any language it is pronounced, by any palate it is tasted, pasta has always been able to unite cuisines and peoples, even far away.

Accessible and sustainable, without geographic or cultural borders, we want to celebrate it on World Pasta Day with Al Dente, a kermesse involving pasta makers and pasta lovers, chefs and restaurateurs, influencers and food bloggers. A true tribute to pasta and the lifestyle it represents.

From October 18 to 25, the most prestigious restaurants will give pasta a special role in their menus and on October 25, World Pasta Day, it will be the main dish, with dedicated initiatives on the main social channels.

INITIATIVE BY IPO (International Pasta Organization) and UIF – UNIONE ITALIANA FOOD (Italian union food).
